Hong Kong RBC – Second Quantitative Impact Study results and observations

The Second Quantitative Impact Study (QIS 2) was conducted by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority in late 2018 as an important step in the journey towards full adaptation of its new risk-based capital regime.
