Product providers of Packaged Retail Insurance and Investment-Related Products (PRIIPs) are gearing up to meet new pan-European disclosure requirements for Key Information Documents (KIDs) by late 2016. In June, the Joint Committee of the European Supervisory Authorities published a Technical Discussion Paper on risk, performance scenarios and cost disclosures in KIDs. Industry responses have now been published, and this briefing note highlights some of the common themes and key concerns raised by respondents.
