Solvency II Update: Focus on Implementing Technical Standards

In anticipation of the implementation of Solvency II on 1 January 2016, there has been a lot of activity of late on Levels 2 and 3. A number of milestones have recently been reached. This note covers progress on Delegated Acts, the recent sets of EIOPA consultations on ITS and Guidelines and a consultation paper on setting the risk-free discount rate.
